Local privacy and inquiry-data notice
How is form data handled right now?
This site is currently used only for local functional acceptance. Accepted inquiries are stored as private WordPress records; email notifications, analytics and third-party verification services are not enabled.
Data collected
- Name, company, business email, country or target market.
- Product format, project type, formula status, quantity, packaging, timeline and project message.
- Source path, language, consent version and any UTM fields carried by the form.
Purpose and access
- The data is used only to assess and respond to the submitted B2B project inquiry.
- Only site accounts with Owner or Editor permissions can access the private inbox and export.
- Rate protection uses a salted hash of IP and email in short-lived cache; the raw IP is not stored in the inquiry record.
Retention and deletion
- Retention and applicable-law decisions are pending, so no automatic deletion runs on real inquiries.
- Authorized accounts can move a record to recoverable WordPress Trash.
- The public policy must add the controller, access/correction/deletion process and approved retention period before launch.
This is a local acceptance notice, not a legally approved public privacy policy. It must be reviewed again after hosting, domain, analytics and real recipient settings are decided.
