Structured manufacturing inquiry
A project brief can now be submitted locally.
The form saves every accepted inquiry to a private WordPress inbox that only authorized site accounts can view. The inquiry mailbox, recipients and response owner are not confirmed, so no external email is sent at this stage.
Prepare before submitting
- Target country or market, product format and project type.
- Formula status, estimated quantity, packaging needs and target timeline.
- The specific manufacturing, document or project question that needs an answer.
What happens after submission
- The system saves a private site copy before checking any notification setting.
- The current safe default is local storage only; no external email service is called.
- Formal follow-up starts only after the Owner confirms recipients, retention and privacy wording.
Data-safety boundary
- Do not submit passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
- Server-side validation, a honeypot, duplicate token and submission-rate limit protect the local workflow.
- Test inquiries are moved to recoverable Trash after acceptance testing.
